Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Carriers: We ship exclusively through trusted third-party carriers such as USPS and others depending on destination.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Times: Vary by location and carrier. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are beyond our direct control.
Delays: Nat7Vidas LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Products: To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Non-Refundable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
